Proceedings of the Town Board
December 20, 2011
1. Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 6:35pm by Chair Meyer. Present were Supervisors Drew, Stalker and Trescher. Absent was Supervisor Traynor. Also present were Clerk Kunkel, Building Inspector Langer and Chief Kunkel. Notice of the meeting was posted in 3 places and on the Town’s website.
2. Discussion/Action on Codification of Ordinances/Worksheets
Discussion took place on the worksheets from General Code
Supervisor Traynor arrived at 6:38pm
Motion by Stalker, second by Traynor to table the mobile home park section until next year. Motion carried.
Motion by Stalker, second by Traynor to recommend the changes as have been discussed, be sent to General Code, all but the mobile home park section and also advise General Code to allow room for ordinances on wind sighting and driveway permits. Motion carried.
3. Set Additional Date(s)
January 12, 2012 at 6:30pm at the Town Hall was set.
4. Discussion/Action 2012 Road Maintenance Agreement
Motion by Drew, second by Trescher to accept the 2012 Road Maintenance Agreement with Rock County. Motion carried with Traynor abstaining.
5. Discussion/Action on Letter to Mr. Hahn-Renting of parking stalls in the Town Hall Lot and payments
Motion by Drew, second by Traynor to accept the letter as submitted to be sent to Mr. Hahn. Motion carried.
6. Adjourn
Motion by Trescher, second by Traynor to adjourn. Motion carried and meeting was adjourned at 8:12pm.
